Instructions for Submitting Scores

1) All fields with a red asterisk (*) MUST be completed.

2) Each format has it's own scores submision form.
Teams:
Use the 'Drop Down' boxes for both the "Home" and the "Opposing" teams.
Singles:
Use the 'Drop Down' boxes for both "Your Name" and your "Opponent's Name".

3) (new) Reporting Forfeits: If you are the offended team/player check the "Yes" box and enter only the number of games needed for a win in your format.
If you are the offending team/player, enter a '0' for games won.

4) 180's and High Take-Outs: Enter the player's full name (spelled correctly) followed by a comma (,) then the total for that player. Singles league players only need to enter the total.
Enter only the results for you or your team.

5) Both teams/players MUST enter their scores on-line.
Scores MUST be submitted by 8 pm the Sunday following play for Teams and by 8 pm on the Wednesday following play for Singles!!
**Failure may result in "DNR" or a '0' score for both teams/players for that night.**

6) Please check everything before clicking the 'Submit' button. If you need to clear/reset the form, click on the 'Reset' button.

7) As long as your email address is entered correctly, you will recieve a "Confirmation" email and an email copy of your Score Submission sent seperately by the Scorekeeper/Web-Admin.
